  2. Contest Periods:  The Contest consists of the following two (2) time periods and deadlines:
    1. The entry period begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) (October 1, 2026, at 8:00:01 AM UK Time) and ends October 29, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM PT (October 30, 2026, at 6:59:59 AM UK Time) (the “Contest Entry Period”).
    2. The judging period will run from October 30, 2026, through November 20, 2026 (the “Judging Period”).
  3. How to Enter:  To enter the Contest, during the Contest Entry Period (defined in Official Rule #2(a) above) visit TrafalgarGodmother.com (“Website”) and complete the registration form, including uploading one (1) video that is less than 60 seconds long explaining your most authentic connection to Trafalgar based on a previous personal experience as a guest on a previous Trafalgar or Trafalgar Sister trip (“Previous Trip”) (“Video”) and a minimum of one (1) and maximum of two (2) photos from the Previous Trip, supporting the theme of the story captured in your Video (“Photo(s)”). The entry form and Video and Photo(s) and/or the entry form are collectively referred to hereafter as the “Submission” or “Entry.” Upon submitting the Submission, the Entrant will receive one (1) Entry into the Contest. All Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on October 29, 2026 (6:59:59 AM UK Time on October 30, 2026), to be eligible for the Contest. Limit one (1) Submission per Entrant during the entire Contest Entry Period. In order to be deemed an eligible Submission (subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion) the Submission must abide by the following Submission Technical Requirements, Submission Entry Requirements and Submission Content Restrictions.
  4. Submission Technical Requirements.
    1. Entrant must submit a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) Photos, and Photo(s) must be no more than 8MB each, and in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
    2. Video must be no more than 59 seconds long, no more than 100MB and must be in one of the following formats: MOV or MP4.
    Submission Entry Requirements.
    1. Entrants agree to and understand that the Submission will be made available to the public, including without limitation, posting on the Internet and may appear in Sponsor’s advertising and marketing materials. Whether or not Submission is published on the Internet, Sponsor does not covenant or guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Submissions.
    2. The Submission must not have been submitted previously in any promotion or contest.
    3. The Submission may not be captured or created by a hired photographer, videographer or generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
    4. Submission must be an original creation of the submitting Entrant which is under no restriction, contractual or otherwise, that will prevent Sponsor's use of the Submission. Submissions must be free of any and all liens, encumbrances and claims of third parties. Entrant acknowledges, agrees and warrants that nothing in the Submission infringes on any copyrights, confidential information, trade secrets or trademarks belonging to any person or entity other than the Entrant, unless the Entrant has obtained a suitable license, clearance or permission agreement (proof of which may be required upon Sponsor’s request) that is sufficiently broad to permit the Sponsor to publish, make available to the public, reproduce, edit, adapt and otherwise use the Submission (or parts thereof) for the purposes set out in paragraph e. below, or violates any person's rights of privacy or publicity and that all necessary releases and permissions have been secured.  Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties and their respective parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, liabilities and causes of action of whatsoever nature that are based upon or arise out of any breach by Entrant of these Official Rules or the warranties and representations made by Entrant in this paragraph. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party's pre-existing work does not qualify as the Entrant's original creation.
    5. By uploading the Submission, Entrant grants to Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, sublicense (through multiple tiers), and otherwise exploit the Submission, in whole or in part, in any and all media, formats, and channels now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including advertising, marketing, promotional, and other commercial purposes. This license takes effect at the moment the Submission is entered and does not depend on whether the Submission wins a prize or is otherwise selected or used. In addition, Entrant warrants that, where lawful, any so-called "moral rights” in the Submission have been waived. To the extent that an Entrant cannot legally waive their moral rights, Entrant consents to the Sponsor (and each of the Sponsor's licensees, successors and assigns) doing, or omitting to do, any act in respect of the Submission that would otherwise infringe Entrant’s moral rights, including by not attributing the Entrant as an author. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may use any ideas, concepts, themes or suggestions contained in any Submission, whether or not Entrant is selected as a potential Prize winner or has been awarded a Prize in connection with any such Submission or other materials.  Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties, and each of their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of their respective owners, employees, directors, officers, agents, and subcontractors from all claims, demands, and causes of action of any nature whatsoever which Entrant or Entrant's heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on Entrant’s behalf or on behalf of Entrant’s estate, have or may have by reason of: (i) Sponsor's exercise of any rights granted by Entrant in this paragraph; (ii) claims based on violation of any right of publicity or rights of personality, infringement of copyright or trademark, libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy, or loss of earnings or potential earnings, in connection with Sponsor's use of the Submission and any portion thereof, or the likeness of any natural person therein.
    6. Entrants are responsible for securing necessary permissions, talent and location releases, and licenses for any visual material contained in the Submission.
    Submission Content Restrictions
    Submissions must not contain material that:
    1. Violates or infringes another's rights, including without limitation, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement;
    2. Contains material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
    3. Contains any unacceptable clothing or adornments or displays any commercial/corporate advertising other than that of Sponsor (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements).
    4. Contains indecent or unsafe behavior or situations, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, or is otherwise inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortious, slanderous or libelous;
    5. References persons without their written permission;
    6. Disparages any persons or organizations;
    7. Includes threats to any person, place, business, or group; and/or
    8. Is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, local or national laws and regulations.
    In the event a Submission contains any of the restricted elements listed in a. through h. above, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either (1) exclude the non-compliant Submission and disqualify the Entrant, or (2) make any necessary edits to bring the Submission into compliance. In the event Sponsor elects to edit the Submission, by submitting the Submission, Entrants are granting Sponsor the right to make such edits without additional approval or consent.

    Notwithstanding the foregoing, failure of any Submission to comply with the above “Submission Entry Requirements," and "Submission Content Restrictions," as determined by Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, may result in disqualification of Entry. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Submission that, in their sole opinion, refers to, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, its products or services, the Contest or any other person or entity, does not comply with these Official Rules or if Sponsor or Administrator receive a notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. All Submissions shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Sponsor.
  5. Judging Criteria and Prize Winner Determination:  During the Judging Period, all eligible Submissions received during the Contest Entry Period will be judged by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor (“Judges”) using the following judging criteria and percentages (collectively, the “Judging Criteria”): (i) passion for travel expressed in the Submission (25%); (ii) emotional impact of the story told in the Submission (25%); (iii) the manner in which the description of the Previous Trip expresses the Entrant’s authentic Trafalgar connection as expressed in the Submission (25%); and (iv) ability to tell a good overall story as expressed in the Submission (25%). The top scoring Submission using the preceding Judging Criteria will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, subject to eligibility verification and agreeing to the Content Creation, Publicity & Liability Release, as described below. The second through sixth highest scoring Submissions using the preceding Judging Criteria will be deemed the Runner Up Prize winners, subject to eligibility verification. In the event of a tie, the Submission with the highest score in the following order of criteria precedent will apply (against all tying Submissions): first, the Submission with the highest score in the manner in which the description of the Previous Trip expresses the Entrant’s authentic Trafalgar connection criteria, then if a tie still remains, the Submission with the highest score in the passion for travel expressed in the Submission criteria, then if a tie still remains the Submission with the highest score in the emotional impact of the story told in the Submission criteria, and lastly the ability to tell a good overall story as expressed in the Submission will be deemed the winner, from among all tying Submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to award less than five (5) Runner Up Prizes in the event there are not enough sufficient entries received during the Contest Entry Period.

    The potential Grand Prize and Runner Up Prize winners will be notified by Sponsor or Administrator via email or telephone on or about December 1, 2026 (“Winner Notification”), to confirm eligibility and provide the proper email address for future communications. The potential winners must respond to the Winner Notification within five (5) calendar days, or will forfeit their right to be deemed the potential winner, including forfeiting their right to receive the Prize, and the next highest scoring Submission will be deemed the alternate potential Prize winner for that Prize, who must go through the same Winner Notification process stated above.
  6. Prize Acceptance Requirements.
    1. Grand Prize winner acceptance requirements. The Grand Prize winner, as part of their role as the Grand Prize winner, and in consideration for being deemed the official Grand Prize winner and receiving the Grand Prize, will be required to serve as a Trafalgar River Cruise Godmother and participate in the designated inaugural sailing and/or christening event and related reasonable activities associated with that occasion, including for example attending designated events, delivering a speech, guest and media engagement, and participating in reasonable promotional content activities associated with the inaugural event. In addition, the Grand Prize winner will be required to participate in Trafalgar River Cruise marketing and promotional activities, which may include up to ten (10) social media and/or content requests and up to four (4) virtual appearances during the twelve (12) month period following the appointment, as reasonably requested by Sponsor, including for example a photoshoot, short-form video recording, interview, Zoom or similar calls or social media post. Where agreed as part of a specific request, the Grand Prize winner may be asked to share relevant content through their own social channels. The Grand Prize winner acknowledges that the foregoing marketing and promotional obligations constitute a fundamental element of the Grand Prize, and that the Sponsor's collection, use and disclosure of the Grand Prize winner's personal data in connection with such obligations is necessary for the performance of the contract between the Grand Prize winner and the Sponsor formed by these Official Rules. Any such participation must: (i) be requested with at least ten (10) business days’ prior notice; (ii) occur within the twelve (12) month period following the Grand Prize winner's appointment as Godmother; and (iii) be scheduled at a reasonable time and, where applicable, at a reasonable location, agreed with the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor will cover the travel, accommodation and other inclusions specified in the Grand Prize, and will arrange or reimburse reasonable, pre-approved travel and accommodation costs for any additional required in-person appearances during the first twelve (12) months; any optional or self-arranged expenses are the Grand Prize winner's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Content Creation, Publicity & Liability Release and Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility agreement (“Grand Prize Release & Agreement”) to Sponsor or Administrator as set forth below (each such document being a restatement and confirmation of certain aspects of these Official Rules). If the potential Grand Prize winner is unable or unwilling to fulfill a material requirement of the Godmother role, including attendance at the required inaugural/christening activities, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the Official Rules and applicable law, to determine whether an alternate winner should be selected.

      Once the Sponsor or Administrator receives the potential Grand Prize winner’s response to the Winner Notification as described in the Official Rule #5, Administrator or Sponsor will then send that potential Grand Prize winner the Grand Prize Release & Agreement, and the potential Grand Prize winner must complete, sign and submit the Grand Prize Release & Agreement back to Sponsor or Administrator within five (5) working days of receipt. In the event the potential Grand Prize winner does not agree to enter into the Grand Prize Release & Agreement with Sponsor or fails to provide the completed and signed Grand Prize Release & Agreement to Sponsor in time, that potential Grand Prize winner forfeits their right to be deemed the Grand Prize winner and will be disqualified, and the next highest scoring Submission may be deemed the alternate Grand Prize winner and will be notified and must complete, sign and return the Grand Prize Release & Agreement within the new deadline set forth in the communication to that potential Grand Prize winner, as a condition of being the official alternate Grand Prize winner. This process will continue (with a revised deadline, which is at Sponsor’s sole discretion) until an alternate Grand Prize winner complies with all of the requirements stated herein and is deemed the official Grand Prize winner.
    2. Runner Up Prize winners acceptance requirements. Once the Sponsor or Administrator receives the potential Runner Up Prize winner’s response to the Winner Notification as described in the Official Rule #5, Administrator or Sponsor will then send each potential Runner Up Prize winner a Publicity (where legal) & Liability Release and Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility agreement (“Runner Up Release & Agreement”) and the potential Runner Up Prize winners must complete, sign and submit the Runner Up Release & Agreement back to Sponsor or Administrator within five (5) working days of receipt. In the event a potential Runner Up Prize winner does not agree to enter into the Runner Up Prize Release & Agreement with Sponsor or fails to provide the completed and signed Runner Up Prize Release & Agreement to Sponsor in time, that potential Runner Up Prize winner forfeits their right to be deemed a Runner Up Prize winner and will be disqualified, and the next highest scoring Submission may be deemed the alternate Runner Up Prize winner and will be notified as set forth above, and must complete, sign and return the Runner Up Prize Release & Agreement within the new deadline set forth in the communication to that potential Runner Up Prize winner, as a condition of being an official alternate Runner Up Prize winner. Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternate Runner Up winners per available Runner Up Prize, at its sole discretion. In the event Sponsor is unable to award a Runner Up Prize after attempting to award it to the initial Runner Up Prize winner and three (3) alternates, that Runner Up Prize will not be awarded.

  9. Participation Conditions/Release/Consent to use Likeness:  By participating, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's participation in this Contest, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant's participation in the Contest and/or Entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law; and (d) where permitted by applicable law, allow Sponsor’s use for promotional purposes of his/her likeness, voice and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation.
  10. General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify and/or terminate the Contest, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made pandemic or epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, national or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Contest is so cancelled, suspended, modified or terminated, the Sponsor may in its sole discretion award the Prizes from among all eligible Entries received prior to such action, using the Judging Criteria set forth in Section #5 of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Contest or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  11. Limitations of Liability:  The Released Parties as set forth above are not responsible to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of phone calls; (5) late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible or misdirected Entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
    For Entrants in the UK: The Released Parties as set forth above are not responsible for: (i) any loss an entrant suffers (as a result of a Released Party's negligence or breach of these Official Rules or otherwise) if it was not obvious that the entrant would suffer such loss and nothing the entrant said to any Released Party before he or she entered into the Contest meant that relevant Released Party should have expected it to happen (so, in the law, the loss was “unforeseeable”); (ii) any loss an entrant suffers (as a result of any Released Party's negligence or breach of these Official Rules or otherwise) if he or she could have avoided such loss by taking reasonable action; (iii) any loss an entrant suffers that is caused by a third party who is not acting on behalf of or under the direct instructions of a Released Party or by the entrant taking up and using (or mis-using) any third-party product or service forming part of the prize (except where caused by a Released Party's negligence), (iv) any business losses an entrant suffers, such as loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; and (v) any loss an entrant suffers as a result of the unavailability of a Released Party's websites, apps or social media accounts. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. Where these Official Rules provide for a discretion exercisable by the Sponsor that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations hereunder, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, that discretion shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith.
  12. Privacy Policy and Data Collection:  Information provided by you for this Contest in the Entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy: https://www.trafalgar.com/en-us/resources/privacy-policy and applicable data protection and privacy laws. By entering this Contest, each Entrant acknowledges that the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by the Sponsor and/or Administrator for purposes reasonably related to the administration and fulfillment of this Contest, including contacting the Entrant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided in the Entry to administer and fulfill this Contest, is necessary for the performance of the contract between the Entrant and the Sponsor formed by these Official Rules.

    NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: The Prizes offered under this Contest may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). Generally, Sponsor does not assign monetary or other value to personal information. However, in the event Sponsor is required by law to assign such value in the context of this Contest, Sponsor has valued the personal information collected and used as being equal to the value of the possible discount or financial incentive provided and the calculation of the value, in this case, is based upon a practical and good-faith effort involving the expenses associated with offering the incentives. The personal information categories collected may include identifiers such as your name, email address, zip code, mobile number and age range. By submitting an Entry in this Contest, you are opting in to receiving the financial incentive. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may opt in by following the Entry or participation instructions provided. You may opt out of the Contest at any time by cancelling your participation in the Contest or submitting a request to: promotions@brandmovers.com.
  13. Dispute Resolution/Binding Arbitration/Governing Law:

    For Entrants in the United States, DC and/or Puerto Rico: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, other than those concerning the administration of the Contest or the determination of a Prize winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of a Prize) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in California under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired California state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow California law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in California, USA, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of California, USA. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, USA; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California, USA, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California, USA.

    For Entrants in Canada (excluding Quebec): Entrants are not required to arbitrate, and nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory or consumer-protection right, including your right to sue in your home courts. The class-action, representative-action, and jury-trial waivers above do not apply to you to the extent prohibited or unenforceable under your local law.
